If you want to write powerful content that resonates with your audience, the first thing you need to do is write for yourself. You might be thinking, "I'm not an expert in my field; how will I ever come up with enough interesting things to say?" Well, I have news for you: it doesn't matter who your audience is or what they need! As long as there's something that connects with them on some level--something personal--then they'll be able to relate. So, how do you go about writing for yourself? It's actually quite simple: start with a topic that resonates with you, then find a way to turn it into something your audience will care about.

You may think that writing for yourself is enough to make the content resonate with your target audience and buy your product or service, but this isn't always the case. If you're not careful about who you're writing for and what message they'll receive from reading it, then all of those great ideas will go nowhere!
You need to know who will read this piece of content before starting on it—whether it's someone in marketing or sales who needs something new written about them (or their company), or if it's just some random person on Twitter who asked me whether I could help him out with one thing today (yes!). Once I do have an idea of what kind of person might read my article/email/whatever else I'm creating at any given time then everything else becomes much easier since now there are no surprises along the way; everything has been thought through beforehand so there won't be any surprises later on down road either!
